ADMISSION DOCUMENTATION

After clearing the entrance test Admission Form must be completed and duly signed by both Parents. It contains information which will assist you in your relationship with the College. The following documents need to be submitted along with the Admission Form

  4. Adhar Card
  5. Transfer Certificate
  6. Character Certificate
  7. Caste Certificate(If Available)
  8. Pass Port Size Photo(2 Photo)
